• Membership Terms

The Barfly Membership ("Barfly") is a membership program offered by  DB Franchise, to its most valued customers of Drybar goods and services. These terms and conditions form the agreement between each customer that participates in Barfly (known as a "Member") and DBF with respect to Barfly. DBF reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or to adopt additional rules, regulations, policies, or procedures ("Related Rules") affecting Barfly and to terminate Barfly or a Member's membership in Barfly at any time for any reason without prior written notice. By participating in Barfly, Member agrees to these terms and conditions and Related Rules. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about Barfly's terms and conditions and Related Rules, Members agree to pay a monthly fee to participate in Barfly. Memberships in Barfly entitles each Member to a variety of benefits, including the following

The Barfly Double Membership: 10% off products (in-store only), 2 blowouts per month, 1 anniversary gift, and discounts on any additional blowouts you may need beyond 2 per month (prices vary per location). At the Double Level, add-ons do not accumulate and must be used within 30 days. Extensions are 50% off the regular price for all blowouts received. Monthly free add-on and anniversary gift must be used at original membership purchase location.  Membership blowouts are non-transferable. The Barfly Double may be shared with a third-party, however the Member must be present at the time of the ”Bestie Blowout”  appointment. 

The Barfly Weekly Membership: 10% off products (in-store only), 4 blowouts per month, 1 anniversary gift, and discounts on any additional blowouts you may need beyond 2 per month (prices vary per location). At the weekly Level, add-ons do not accumulate and must be used within 30 days. Extensions are 50% off the regular price for all blowouts received. Monthly free add-on and anniversary gift must be used at original membership purchase location.  Membership blowouts are non-transferable. The Barfly Double may be shared with a third-party, however the Member must be present at the time of the ”Bestie Blowout”  appointment. 

Gratuities on services are not included in the monthly price. Discounts on products and tools apply to in-store purchases only. Discounts and membership blowouts are non-transferrable and can only be used by Member, except in the case of a Bestie Blowout where the Member must be present. To redeem membership blowouts and/or discounts, Members must provide their name and identify themselves as a Barfly Member. Any attempt to transfer benefits under Barfly may result in automatic cancellation of membership. Drybar reserves the right to request proper identification from a Member before providing discounts or blowouts under Barfly.

Membership Agreement: Any unused blowouts must be redeemed within 90 days of membership cancellation or they will expire forever. If a Member upgrades the member’s membership level, any unused blowouts at the time of the upgrade will roll over to the upgraded membership.
