
Canceling an Appointment
You may cancel or change your appointment up to 8 hours before the start of your appointment.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, it's easy to do so, call your local shop directly, and/or cancel on the app or website.

We understand that things can come up. However, please note that if you're running late to your appointment, we may need to adjust, reschedule, or cancel the service based on the time left
Should you be late to your appointment, it is under the shop's discretion to provide service based on the business's availability.
